These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to www.LUMINE.sg (the “Site”) and form the Terms of Use on which we supply products and services to you. Product Availability and Pricing
Products and services may be available exclusive online through the Site and are subject to availability. LUMINE SINGAPORE reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. In the event that the product becomes unavailable and we cannot supply a product you ordered, you will be contacted via your registered email address and/or contact number.
Should an error in the price of any goods in your order be discovered, you will be contacted via your registered email address and/or contact number as soon as possible and given the option to proceed with your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If LUMINE SINGAPORE is unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and any funds received will be reimbursed accordingly.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Payment Total’.
LUMINE SINGAPORE reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update any information regarding products, pricing, shipping payment terms and/or return policies at any time without prior notice.

While LUMINE SINGAPORE aims to ensure that product and pricing information and product images available on the Site are as accurate as possible, errors may occur. LUMINE SINGAPORE will not be responsible if information or images available on this site is not accurate, complete, current or error-free. Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected, all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
